SHIPPING INFORMATION
We process orders Monday through Friday. Each order will be handled within 3 to 5 days of placement, and shipment will take place the day after processing is completed.
Our shipping time ranges from 10 to 15 days, so please be patient while waiting for your logistics information to update.
Some of our products are purely handmade. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, these items require 1 to 2 weeks for production, which may lead to a longer delivery time.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and extra time to clear your package, which may delay the expected delivery date.
Your order may be delivered by your local post office or a local courier. Depending on your location, most orders are delivered by the local postal service, so you will receive your package with your regular mail. If you are not home when delivery is made, the postal service will leave a notice card informing you how and where to collect your package.
