Returns & Refund
Cancellation
You may cancel your order prior to shipping or production. Full refunds will be issued for all approved cancellations. We cannot accept cancellation requests for orders that have already been dispatched.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase. Returns sent directly to the manufacturer will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 1–5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account or contact your card issuer first. If the issue continues, reach out to us at customer@globacarto.com. For the return address, please email our customer service team at the same address.
